Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are:

- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom / 🇪🇺 Europe: 10–20 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
